A great time burning off the Christmas dinners! This years Turkey Paddles ran across two locations; the Lough Erne, Enniskillen, and the River Lagan, Belfast, with great turnouts at both!
Leaving from the Lakeland Forum, those on the Erne ventured out to Devenish Island for lunch after having a few stops along the way at local landmarks and lock gates.
The Belfast crew began their journey at the Belfast Boat Club and paddled downstream to Queens Bridge where we turned around and travelled back towards the Boat Club, stopping at the jetty next to Ormeau Park for lunch and warm drinks.
Thanks to all those who attended and braved the elements. We look forward to see you at this year’s Turkey Paddle!
