Slalom Race – 7th November is cancelled
Hi everyone,
The original organisers of this race have pulled out at the last minute. The short notice means there is not time for another organiser, CSNI, to step in. However, CSNI doesn’t want anyone to miss out in an opportunity to have fun paddling slalom… So, still please come along to Shaw’s Bridge on the 7th November for a fun day of canoe slalom. A course will be set and there will be 2 timed runs for everyone who comes. Important note: don’t forget your stopwatch as you’ll be helping out to time others. We encourage as many people as possible to come and have fun going fast and clean through the newly refurbished Shaw’s Bridge slalom course. There should be a few C1s and maybe a C2 hanging around so you can also try different categories.
Meet time 10.00.
There is an official race organised by CSNI on the 19th December.
