What is National Go Canoeing Week?
National Go Canoeing Week is an annual campaign, aiming to raise the profile of the sport, at a national level and encourage as many people as possible to pick up a paddle and get out on the water!
Each year the event challenges the nation to see how many miles we can paddle as a collective throughout the week. It is a fantastic chance to come together and celebrate the sport with paddlers old and new.
NGCW 2017 will take place between Saturday 27th May and Sunday 4th June. All events taking place during the week will be listed here and on the dedicated NGCW website.
Are you a club or centre who are planning canoeing based activities and events for 2017? We would love for you to think about how your sessions could tie in with the NGCW campaign.
