CANI’s 2017 – 2021 “Canoeing For All” Strategy highlights the importance of volunteerism within the sport. The strategy also focuses on recognising those that invest a great deal of time for the benefit of others and the development of the sport.
The aim of these awards are to recognise the good work of volunteers within canoeing, without which a large majority of our sport would not take place.
