As we prepare for the launch of the new Performance Coach Award we need to recruit facilitators, mentors and assessors to support our delivery aspirations. We welcome applications from women and minority groups who are currently under-represented in our Performance Coach Developer team.
Being involved in the development of performance coaches is demanding, but also very rewarding as you will be directly supporting, mentoring and assessing Performance Coaches who go on to, coach and develop paddlers and support their aspirations.

Applications open: 1st October 2019
We will process applications as they are submitted. It is essential that you discuss your application with and seek the permission of your references before submission.
- Application deadline: 30th October 2019 (12:00 (noon))
- Application decisions: By 8th November 2019
Application decisions will be sent via email (unless agreed otherwise). If successful your offer will be conditional, based on attending an orientation successfully and completing any agreed action plan within an agreed timescale.
If successful, applicants are required to attend the following Orientation event:
- 24th February 2020 – Facilitator Training
- 25th February 2020 – Mentor Training
- 26th February 2020 – Assessor Training
