Paddlesport Touring Leader Provider

Return to Become a Course Provider Information

Now Recruiting – Open 19th September 2023

We are currently recruiting Paddlesport Touring Leader Providers to support our delivery aspirations and support the increase in demand we expect. We welcome applications from women and minority groups who are currently under-represented in our wider team.
Applications are now open and will close on Tuesday 17th October 12 noon

As a Paddlesport Touring Leader Provider, you will support paddlers to develop their leadership skills on moderate water. You will be sharing your knowledge, skills and experience with aspirant leaders. This could be throughout their development process by providing training sessions. Or it could just be at the point of assessment. Each of these sessions will be tailored around the needs of the paddlers in front of you. You may even help the paddlers develop an action plan for their long-term goals. For example, their next steps towards either a more advanced discipline or guide endorsement.

How do I become a Paddlesport Touring Leader Provider?

When applications are open, you will have 4 weeks to submit your application, the closing date is 12 noon Tuesday 17th October 2023. You will be required to provide referees so please make sure you think carefully about who these could be.
In this application pack you will find information on how to apply as well as the requirements of the role and an application form.

Please complete this application form if you wish to apply for the role of Paddlesport Leader Provider. You will not be able to save your application and return to it so you may find it helpful to prepare your answers separately and then paste in. See the link to download a PDF version.
