New floating pontoon jetty at Drumaheglis marina

Ballymoney Borough Council is pleased to announce the completion of the new floating pontoon jetty incorporating canoe access at Drumaheglis marina and caravan site. The project, costing £37,000, received £20,000 funding through DCAL’s 2013/14 Water Recreation Grant Programme and replaces the old sub-standard jetty. Contractor, Deane Public Works, is a company experienced in marine and river work and it has provided a superb new facility which is a great asset for water sports enthusiasts on the Lower Bann.
