CANI Sprint and Relay Sprints

K1 Training and Practice Sessions
Foyle Paddlers are currently holding K1 practice sessions at Prehen Boathouse. Sessions are held each Wednesday at 6.00pm. However, due to club commitments we may change this to another day ( see Foyle Paddlers website).
The club would like to express it,s sincere appreciation to Ray Rowe who gave our members an excellent demo session on the correct technique for using our new interactive ‘Kayakpro’ Ergo machines. As well as great coaching in the use of the K1 boats on the river Foyle.
If any other clubs or individuals are interested in attending these sessions, then simply come along and take part. We hope to run a novice sprint competition on Wednesday 29th June and hope that as many clubs as possible can take part.
NB: Foyle Paddlers are using part of the new CANI fleet of boats which are fairly stable. The new CANI K- boats are available through the CANI office for other clubs should they wish to use them.
