CANI Annual Turkey and Pudding Paddle 2023 -Bann, Newry Canal and Cusher Recreational Paddle – Wednesday 27th December 2023 10am – 3pm

Meet and Trip Plan:
We will meet at 10am on Wednesday 27th December at Portadown Boat Club on the Bann.  The trip plan will be to paddle up the Bann and Newry Canal. Then cross over into the Cusher and paddle down the Cusher, back into the Bann to finish back at Portadown Boat Club for 3pm.  The day’s paddle will be relaxed, with a few breaks and pleasant lunch stop in the middle, so please bring a lunch along with you.

**All paddles are subject to weather conditions**

Venue Description:
The Bann River, Newry Canal and Cusher River offer a sheltered trip with no shuttle required which is great for beginners.

Booking:
Recreational Paddles are open to CANI Members and Non-Members, please see prices below. To book onto a CANI Recreational Paddle, please follow booking link – CANI Annual Turkey and Pudding Paddle – Wednesday 27th December 2023

CANI Recreational Paddles:
CANI Members – Free
Non-Members – £10.00

Boat Hire:
CANI members – £10.00
Non-Members – £15.00

Note: When hiring a boat, this will include paddles and buoyancy aids.

If you plan to take part in more than one recreation paddle why not take out recreational membership at a cost of £18 per year or family membership at a cost of £45 full membership and £5 for each additional family member per year. This would be much more economical, as recreational paddles are free to all members and the cost of boat hire is at a reduced price.
