CANI has been alerted to another product recall. This is an adjustable adult and children’s life jacket with a whistle which has presented a high risk of drowning due to not meeting the required level of buoyancy when tested. This was available to purchase on Wish. See below for more information.

We have been made aware of a product recall for adult and children’s buoyancy aids which present a high risk of drowning. These were Sailtrek buoyancy aids which were listed on Ebay.

CANI has been made aware that over the past couple of days, the Office for Product Standards and Safety have made product recalls for 25 life jackets sold via online marketplaces (Amazon and Wish) which likely would have been purchased by new/novice paddlers. See below to view the recalled items.
