If you would like to develop core fitness, attunement with nature, relaxation and calmness of mind in an outdoor environment this is for you. Led by our trained SUP instructor and yoga enthusiast this session is pitched for beginners- to both SUP and Yoga, so don’t be intimidated if you haven’t done either before! Additional Information

All equipment will be provided on the day so you don’t need any specialist kit to take part. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, such as light tracksuit bottoms (not jeans) and layered tops, as well as any water/windproof over layers and a pair of old shoes (with secure fastenings) which you don’t mind getting wet – no flip flops.

Check the weather before leaving the house to ensure you take clothing to suit the conditions. If it is sunny, don’t forget to wear waterproof sun cream (we recommend a minimum of factor 30) and a hat, as the reflection of the sun off the water can be strong. You should bring a towel and a spare change of clothes to travel home in, just in case you get wet.

Follow Up Sessions

Opportunities are available to join a group taking part in SUP Yoga classes on a regular basis over the summer months

Leave Derry towards Limavady. Approx 1 kilometre after the Caw Roundabout at the end of the Foyle Bridge (waterside bank of river), turn left into Judge’s Road beside the City of Derry Rugby Club. Approx 200m down the road park beside the lake when it comes into view
